A shift-tracking app that helps longshore workers get paid correctly

Longshore work runs on dispatch halls, rotating shifts, and layered pay rules. Workers had no practical way to reconcile what they had worked against what they were paid, so errors quietly slipped through.

We built an app that lets workers log and track their shifts and check them against each week's pay, designed around how the dispatch system works.

Workers can verify every paycheque against their actual shifts and catch discrepancies the same week, instead of never.
